Privacy Policy

1. Scope and controller information

This policy applies to resumefull.com and ResumeFull's web application. The data controller is Efe Çetin, trading under the ResumeFull business name, with an address at Vasil Levski 6, 9700 Shumen, Bulgaria. Contact support@resumefull.com about privacy questions or requests.

2. Information processed

We process account information (name, email address, authentication/session information and email-verification state); career content you enter or upload (CV/resume text, contact and professional details within it, job descriptions, job-tracking entries, cover letters and interview-preparation inputs and outputs); subscription status and Stripe customer, subscription and event identifiers; support communications you send us; and technical/usage information.

Technical information includes IP-derived abuse-control data, browser and device information available to our providers, session cookies used by Supabase Auth, and product analytics such as page views and product events collected through Mixpanel. ResumeFull does not receive or store card numbers; Stripe processes payment-card details.

3. Why we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, deliver and improve the Service, generate requested AI-assisted career content, enforce product limits and prevent abuse, provide support, process subscriptions, communicate about account and security events, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, these uses rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, consent where required, or legal obligations.

4. Service providers and transfers

ResumeFull uses Supabase for authentication and database services; Cloudflare for application delivery and infrastructure; Stripe for billing; Mixpanel for analytics; DeepSeek for enabled AI processing; and Apify only when a user asks to extract information from a job URL. These providers may process information in countries other than yours. Review each provider's applicable terms and privacy information before using the Service. Do not submit data you are not authorized to share.

5. AI and user content

When an enabled AI feature is used, the relevant CV/resume text, job description, and related prompt content are sent to DeepSeek to produce the requested output. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for a particular application. Review it before use. We do not use this content to make employment decisions.

6. Retention, deletion, and security

Career records remain in your account until you delete them or request account deletion. ResumeFull has not published fixed retention periods for account, billing, analytics, backup, or provider logs; the applicable retention schedule must be confirmed before a final production privacy notice is approved. We use access controls, encrypted transport, row-level database controls, signed payment webhooks, and rate limiting, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can delete job, CV, cover-letter, and interview-preparation records in the app where the feature provides deletion. Account deletion currently requires a request to support; do not assume that deleting a browser session deletes your account.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and receive a portable copy of personal data. California residents may have additional rights concerning personal information. Send a request from your account email to support. We may verify identity before acting and may retain information where required or permitted by law.

8. Children and changes

The Service is not directed to children. Do not use it if you are below the minimum age required to consent to online services where you live. We may update this policy as the Service changes; the version and date above will identify the current policy.
