The rules for using ResumeFull and its AI-assisted career tools.

1. Operator, agreement, and service
By using ResumeFull, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. ResumeFull is operated by Efe Çetin under the ResumeFull business name, with a registered address at Vasil Levski 6, 9700 Shumen, Bulgaria. ResumeFull provides tools for drafting and editing cover letters, managing job applications, storing a CV profile, and preparing for interviews.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, safeguard your credentials, and use the Service lawfully. You may not upload content you lack rights to use; misuse the Service; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with its operation; evade limits; submit malware or harmful code; use automated means that burden the Service; or use outputs to discriminate, deceive, or violate another's rights. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, abuse, or where reasonably necessary to protect the Service or others.
3. AI-assisted content
AI-generated content is a draft for your review, not legal, HR, employment, financial, or other professional advice. ResumeFull does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, interview invitations, offers, or employment outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, factual claims, and materials submitted to employers.
4. Your content and intellectual property
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant ResumeFull a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy. ResumeFull and its software, branding, and non-user content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.
5. Paid plans, billing, and promotions
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and are subject to the Billing and Subscription Policy. The standard ResumeFull Pro price is $10 USD per month. Promotional offers, including limited-time offers, apply only as stated at checkout. Unless a promotion states otherwise, a discount applies to the first eligible billing cycle only. You authorize recurring charges for the selected plan until you cancel through the available Stripe billing portal or as otherwise required by law.
6. No-refund policy
Payments and subscription fees are non-refundable after they are charged. You can cancel future renewals through the Stripe billing portal, but cancellation does not automatically refund a current billing period. This no-refund policy does not limit any non-waivable refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or consumer-protection right that applies under Bulgarian law or the law that mandatorily applies to you, nor does it affect refunds for duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrectly processed charges.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, ResumeFull will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact support and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Nothing in this section prevents you from using a mandatory consumer complaint, alternative-dispute-resolution, or court process available under applicable law.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for legal, security, or service changes. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance where permitted by law. Questions should be sent to support@resumefull.com.
